I've heard people don't go to school and just apprentice at a salon to get their hours done. I live in CA, and I was just wondering if you still have to take any classes too, before you become an apprentice.
I work in a nail salon and plan on having my own in the near future. What would be some inexpensive ways to attract clients to my salon. What I have noticed is that some salons cater to one particular ethnic group, and i guess alot of this has to do with the location of some of these salons, but i would like to cater to all groups. I believe money has one color; and that is green
I see training hair salon almost everywhere: It offers cheaper price to customer than regular hair salon. When you just learning how to cut from zero, do you directly learning from these salon, or they teach you first on some other place? How long you're gonna stay in training salon before you apply job somewhere? If they gonna teach you first in other place, how long it would take?
So could anyone tell me which beauty salon has a good and reasonable price? Since i am still a student, i would want to buy a package which i can afford. The face problems i have are blackheads and pimple scars. So is there any facial treatments anyone could recommend?
